Alright this was the first of many difficult avatars. Here's the token underwater bad guy in every MegaMan game...BurstMan. I got him making that weird little bubble blower coming off his head that I hated so much.

(Note: Converting 16-Bit images from MegaMan7 to 50X50 and 256 colors have distorted my sprites. I know this. I'm using a free gif animating program so bare with me until I learn more.)
