I guess I'm a little bias. I use to spend all day jumping in and out of the water just to see the splash animation. I guess the music just stuck out for me more in that case. Curious if you picked up the anniversary collection. It's just AWSOME!!!

i'm going to. If only for the Power Battles. Would you believe I used to drive an hour out of my way to go to an arcade that had the Japanese Rockman2 Power Battle game?

Yes, I would. I myself am a bit of a diehard gamer. Going on 20yrs now. I can't believe it's been that long. I had my American Sega Saturn reprogrammed to play Japanese games. I wanted arcade PERFECT ports of the CAPCOM and my favorite SNK fighting games. The animations for the King of Fighter series characters are GORGEOUSE and not to be taken lightly.
